Minty Donkey  

Coming out of England, police were able to wrangle an escaped donkey wandering in traffic by “bribing him” with his favorite treat — mints. Supposedly, the donkey who officers have nicknamed Ned is a repeat offender. He escapes from his field, runs into the road and holds up traffic until officers bribe him to safety.

Mischievous Goat  

Police in South Carolina had to round up an escaped kangaroo, after it was let loose by a goat. Lindsey, the kangaroo’s owners had just woken up when a neighbor warned her that her pet was loose. Once he was captured, Lindsey later determined the kangaroo had gotten out thanks to her goat unlatching the gate.

Road to 100  

This granny has her sight set on 100. Li Dongju of China is a 66-year-old grandmother who has already biked solo through Southeast Asia, Europe and Oceania, touring countries like Cambodia, France and Australia. Li’s goal is to visit at least 100 countries. But her biking journey isn’t easy, since Li only speaks Mandarin, she employs the use of translation apps in order to communicate with locals. She is also on a tight budget so she camps out in parks, gas stations and even cemeteries. Despite her troubles, she says travel is like a drug. “Once you taste it, you just can’t stop.”
